HALCYON Accelerator – Varian Medical Systems
Unique in the Dominican Republic.
The HALCYON Accelerator is a revolutionary platform designed to simplify and improve radiotherapy treatments for prostate, breast, lung, and head and neck cancers. It uses advanced techniques such as IGRT (Image Guided Radiotherapy), SBRT (Extra Cranial Radiosurgery) and hypo-fractionation. This equipment is capable of doubling the radiation dose rate per minute, improving precision and significantly reducing damage to surrounding healthy tissues. In addition, it has a double layer multi-laminar collimator for better dose resolution. and a CT scan by MVCBT that allows for safer and more effective treatment. Available in Santo Domingo.
CLINAC 21 IX Accelerator – Varian Medical Systems
The CLINAC 21 IX Accelerator is a high-precision device designed for intra and extra cranial radiotherapy and radiosurgery. With photons of 6 MV and 18 MV, and electrons of up to 22 MeV, this device can be adapted to a wide range of oncological treatments. Its Multi-leaf collimator minimizes impact on healthy tissue, and Respiratory Gating technology adjusts treatment to the patient's respiratory cycle, improving safety and effectiveness. UNIQUE Accelerator – Varian Medical Systems
The UNIQUE Accelerator offers high-precision radiotherapy treatment with 6 MV photons. Thanks to its multi-leaf collimator and Exact Arm HD for real-time imaging, this equipment ensures that the treatment is precisely targeted to the affected areas. It is ideal for treat a wide range of oncological pathologies. Available in La Romana.
HARMONY PRO Accelerator – Elekta
First in Latin America, only in the Dominican Republic.
The Elekta Harmony Pro is a linear accelerator that offers millimeter precision and adaptive treatment to adjust the plan based on changes in the patient's anatomy. This equipment minimizes exposure of healthy tissues and reduces treatment time, providing a more comfortable and less stressful experience for the patient. Available in Baní.

GE Healthcare's Discovery IQ PET-CT is one of the most sensitive devices on the market, capable of detecting even the smallest lesions with minimal radiation dose.
