Our emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring uninterrupted and timely care. Patients have immediate access to CT, X-ray, sonography and MRI services, all available within the same institution, facilitating a comprehensive and rapid diagnosis.
The emergency area is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, necessary for the management, monitoring and support of the patient's threatened vital functions. This advanced equipment ensures that patients receive the best possible care in emergency situations. In addition, our emergency room has the best facilities in Santo Domingo, designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for both patients and medical staff.
Our emergency service ensures that within the first 6 hours, the patient is already channeled, with all his studies carried out and with a defined destination: medical discharge, hospitalization, surgery or transfer to another hospital center. This efficiency in care allows for quick and accurate decisions to be made for the patient's well-being.
At Clínica Abreu we treat all patients who come to our emergency service, regardless of the type of ARS plan, insurance policy or payment method, respecting our ethical and moral values, as well as the laws that govern our practice as private health service providers. Our catalog of services is in accordance with the SISARIL benefits catalog defined by Law 87-01, respecting all the rights of members guaranteed in CNSS Resolution No. 581 and its predecessors, which guarantees that the ARS reimburses those services that, for reasons beyond our institution's control, were not approved for coverage at the time of billing your emergency.
